    Mandy’s automotive journey started more than 30 years ago, when she took her first job as a file clerk in the service department. After high school, she moved into a Service Advisor role and also took on the responsibilities of Warranty Administrator. Her dedication and natural leadership quickly stood out, leading her to become Lead Service Advisor, then Service Manager, and eventually Parts and Service Director.

    When CMA acquired Subaru of Winchester, Mandy continued to grow—graduating from the NADA Academy in November 2022 and stepping into the role of General Manager less than a year later, in September 2023.

    Mandy is deeply committed to giving back to the community through CMA’s Subaru of Winchester’s partnerships with local organizations like Orchard View Elementary, CCAP, the Winchester Area SPCA, and Toys for Tots.

    Outside of work, Mandy loves spending time with her husband and their three dogs. She’s also incredibly proud of her two grown children and finds so much joy in watching them and their families thrive, one of her greatest blessings.

Over the past 20 years, JD has held roles as both a Sales Manager and Finance Manager.

    JD has been with CMA for nearly four years and regards it as the best company he has worked for in his career. Previously focused on “career first and family last,” he has learned through his time at CMA the importance of balancing professional success with family and personal life.

    Outside of work, JD has a passion for music. He grew up in a musical family and shares his passion for playing and singing with relatives at home and in churches — a lifelong love that continues to bring him joy.

    Bart Robertson brings nearly 40 years of automotive experience to CMA’s Subaru of Winchester, having sold his first vehicle —a Honda —in 1976. He spent more than 25 years with the O’Malley Auto Group, which transitioned to Carter Myers Automotive in 2020, and has proudly represented the Subaru brand since 2009.

    Bart has earned a strong and loyal following throughout his career. Many of the customers he serves today are the children of those he worked with decades ago —a testament to the trust, integrity, and genuine care he brings to every interaction. A multi-year CMA Spark Plug Award recipient, Bart is truly one of a kind. He is always willing to mentor and train up-and-coming sales associates, helping them grow into confident and capable professionals. CMA’s Subaru of Winchester is deeply grateful for his dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence.

    Outside the showroom, Bart enjoys spending time at home with his wife and their dog, Henry. Nestled among the many trees on their property, he loves being outdoors and has been passionate about laying stone since 1975. A lifelong resident of the area, Bart’s deep roots and decades of service continue to make a meaningful impact on the customers and community he proudly supports.

Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across multiple automotive brands, continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise. In 2015, Cindy joined Subaru of Winchester as Parts Manager. When the dealership became part of Carter Myers Automotive in 2020, she embraced the company’s values and mission, continuing to move her own life—and the lives of her associates—forward.

    One of the things Cindy loves most about CMA is the company’s commitment to giving back. She’s deeply involved in community outreach, partnering with organizations such as Orchard View Elementary, the SPCA, and CCAP.
